The Board is acting under the authorities of 2 C.F.R., Part 200 and Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, Amended. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Any purchase orders issued to the successful term bidder pursuant to this invitation for bids are expected to be funded in whole or in part by Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds awarded under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Funds made available through the Mississippi Municipality and County Water Infrastructure (MCWI) Grant Program. This procurement will be subject to the requirements of 2 C.F.R., Part 200, as well as Section 31-7-13, Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, and other applicable federal, state, and local rules, regulations, codes and ordinances.
