Cold Bituminous-picked Up at the Plant

All materials, procedures and workmanship shall be in accordance with division of State Aid Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Construction, 1989 Edition. 1. The asphalt plant which will produce the required mix may be inspected and approved by the County Engineer's Office. 2. Tickets from certified scales shall be issued for each load from the bidder's plant. 3. The engineer reserves the right to place an inspector at the plant to sign and certify scale tickets. 4. The County reserves the right to cancel contract to purchase at any time for justifiable cause. Further, contract to purchase may be canceled for any other reasons by either party upon 30 days written notice.
