| Description | Contractor will be responsible for the design, fabrication, and installation of Exhibits, including, but not limited to, the following: preparation of drawings and other materials; construction of interpretive exhibits and installation; coordination of audio, video, and interactive components; lighting design; and exhibit installation. Any material and/or equipment purchased by Contractor that constitutes a vital part of any Exhibit (e.g., A/V equipment, Mila-Wall components, etc.) will become the sole property of University. | ||
