Description

Reconstruct Minnesota Avenue from Clark Street to Jefferson Street, Algoma Street from Minnesota Avenue to Texas Avenue, and Texas Avenue from its north termini to Jefferson Street, including the replacement and/or installation of all pavement, curb, gutter and sidewalk. As of December 5, 2022, this project is in the planning phase. A bond referendum held on November 8, 2022 passed. An engineer has not been selected. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to December 2022.
