The Project consists of the remaining portion of the overall water system improvements project in progress, Contract "A," for the work associated with the Upper and Lower System Connections. The Project will serve the Village of Spring Valley, Ohio located in Greene County, Ohio. Bid bond is required to be submitted with your proposal. The Board of County Commissioners reserve the rights defined in the Instructions to Bidders, including, but not limited to the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any irregularities of Bids, should same be to the advantage of the County
