| Description | Contractor shall provide training for operators immediately upon completion of installation. Quarterly training will be furnished to the Government management team. Additional training will be provided whenever a machine operator damages equipment. Modifications to hood vent by others. Existing systems (electrical, plumbing, and steam) not designed to be used with the new washer will be capped off by others. Cleaning material (i.e, soap) must be purchased in conjunction with the leasing of, and maintenance of the dishwashing machines. The contractor shall not charge overtime charges for any services rendered. Contractor shall install new washer. New washer shall include booster heater to allow for high temperature sanitization rinse. | ||
