• Install a tie back system with one and a half square drive helical piles, 30ft long • Remove 110LF of aluminum sheeting • Install 20ft long PZH-250 aluminum sheet pile to prevent erosion. The existing sheet pile cap and handrail will be re-installed • Install weep hole system • Install sod and fill dirt • 1-year Workmanship warranty • Standard warranty supplied by Manufacture • Disposal Fees
