| Description | Project involves the Construction of the proposed Harlem Valley Rail trail Phase IV, The shared-use trail begins at Main Street (Route 44) and continues Northerly for approximately 8.2 miles and stops at the under Mountain Road parking lot, trail crossings will be constructed at intersections with Main Street (Route 44), Beilke-State Line Road, Russ Pond Road, White House Crossing Road, Boston Corners Road and Under Mountain Road, Boardwalks will be constructed over wetland areas in segments 2, 3 & 4 to minimize impacts and a retaining wall will be constructed in segment 2 due to property constraints. This project includes five (5) bridge rehabilitations, one bridge replacement with a culvert pipe and one (1) culvert extension. This project also includes signing and striping on the proposed shared-use trail and roadway crossings. EEO Goals for this project are 6.4% Minority and 6.9% Female | ||||||||||||||||||||
