| Description | The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, transportation, and supervision for the thorough quarterly cleaning of the exterior of windows and aluminum screens in Building 163, 204 and 202 at the CTVHCS 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive,Temple, TX 76504 (Bell County). This includes all equipment required by contractor to reach heights of all exterior windows and aluminum screens. Razor blades or sharp scrapers shall not be used on the exterior windows that are made of Lexan. Special care must be adhered to in the cleaning of Lexan glass; Allen Wrench Keys will be issued when cleaning tilt-style windows. |
