South Ponderosa St and East Cherry St Waterline Extension

For the installation of approximately 1,600 combined lineal feet of 6 and 8 potable waterline, water service laterals, meters, customer shut off valves, three air release valves, two fire hydrants, miscellaneous gate valves, pavement replacement and relocation of customer service water service lines on private property. Each bid SHALL be accompanied by a bid guaranty bond or a certified or cashier s check payable to the order of the Town of Payson in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid as a guaranty that the bidder WILL execute the contract if it be awarded in conformity with the bid form. The successful bidder WIill be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the form specified in the contract documents each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract The Construction Shall be completed in 120 Calendar Days from the Notice to Proceed. Liquidated Damages apply per the agreement between Owner and contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or bids or to withhold the award of the contract for any reason it may determine. The Owner reserves the right to cancel this notice at any time.
