East Outfall Phase 3 and 5600 South Project

Providing all labor, materials, and equipment for the supply, delivery, fabrication, installation, testing, and other materials and services required for the East Outfall Phase 3 and 5600 South Project, Specific work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: 1. Open-cut construction of 8-inch PVC and 30-inch diameter FRP gravity sewer in public Rights-of-Way (ROW) and in NDSD Easements across private property. 2. Removal and Replacement of existing 21-inch and 24-inch diameter gravity sewer and manholes in both public ROW and in NDSD Easements across private property. 3. Open-cut construction of 12-inch diameter FRP gravity sewer in UDOT ROW. 4. Abandon-in-place, removal and replacement of existing manhole(s) and gravity sewer in public ROW, UDOT ROW, UTA ROW, and NDSD easements in both public ROW and NDSD easements. 5. Location, inspection, open-cut construction and reconnection of existing service laterals to constructed sewers in existing and new alignments. 6. Cleaning of sewer pipes, manholes and structures, CCTV inspection, bypass pumping, traffic control, excavation and backfilling, and surface restoration. 7. Coordination with ROW owners for surface restoration, traffic control, road cut, and encroachment permit(s) and coordination with private property owners for access and maintenance of service.
