Description

General Nature of the Public Improvement. The work includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the Jackson Street Improvements. The proposed project includes street reconstruction of Jackson Street from SW 4th Street to SW 2nd Street and an asphalt mill and overlay east of the reconstruction to SE 1st Place. The project includes approximately 1,200 CY of grading, 2,300 LF of storm sewer installation, 2,000 LF of water main installation, 3,500 SY of PCC paving, 2,800 SY of 2-inch HMA overlay, and other associated work to complete the improvements.
