| Description | The work to be performed includes but not limited to the removal of existing generator, fuel tank, electrical items, installation of new emergency generator that is designed to be protected against a 500-year flood event, fuel tank, access for maintenance with all ancillary equipment as required, as shown on the plans. The construction activities include but are not limited to survey, locating and protecting existing utilities, maintenance of traffic, soil boring, dewatering, by-pass pumping, maintaining continuous sanitary service and property access, coordination with different agencies such as the City, FEMA, AT and T, and FPL, preparation and submittal of shop drawings and record drawings, testing, and other repairs or restorations.
