Regional Water System Phase 2 Pipeline Improvements - 2024

The Work for this Project includes, but is not limited to, the installation of approximately 13,750 linear feet (LF) of 30-inch ductile iron water pipe with two separate jack and bore railroad crossings and a canal crossing, an additive alternate for 8,500 LF of 18-inch polyvinyl chloride industrial wastewater line and 2,250 LF of 8-inch pressure sewer line with two separate jack and bore railroad crossings, and 12,000 square yards of surface restoration. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this Project. The Project has an expected duration of 270 days. Est. Value Notes:Base Bid - $8,000,000 to $8,500,000; Additive Alternative - $3,000,000 to $3,500,000 Owner on its own initiative may issue Addenda to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents.Question Deadline 10/17/2023 7.02 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders.
