A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, May 4, 2022 at the office of the Owner. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Bids from parties not present at the meeting and site visit will not be accepted. Technical questions shall be directed, by e-mail only, to Chad Angle, PE at Chad.Angle@ghd.com at the office of the Engineer. Questions will be accepted until 4:00 PM prevailing time, May 17, 2022. Questions received after this date will not be addressed. Reproduction of the Bidding Documents, or their placement on web sites of prospective bidders and other entities, is not permitted. Bids from prospective Bidders who have not obtained complete sets of Bidding Documents, only from the City of Aberdeen, will not be accepted. It is a requirement of this Contract that Bidders shall have a minimum (5) year, (5) project documented experience in the type of Work required by this Project. The cost of each project included in each Bidder's questionnaire must be in excess of $250,000 in order to be considered project experience. Bids may be modified or withdrawn by an appropriate document duly executed (in the manner that a Bid must be executed) and delivered to the place where Bids are to be submitted at any time prior to the opening of Bids.
