To provide final grading and compacting existing base course, and paving for the section of south Markville Road beginning at State HWY 35 to 12 ton bridge, approximately 5232 feet. Asphalt to be 22 feet wide, and 2.5” thick. With 2 foot kick outs. To provide nal grading and compacting existing base corse, and paving for the section of Big Island Road from One lane bridge to dead end, approximately 5555 feet. Asphalt to be 20 feet wide, and 2.5” thick. With 2 foot kick outs.
