Vindicator Munitions Upgrade

The contractor shall Replace the 21 existing card readers with CACII compliant readers and move the location from the exterior of the structures to the interior of the structures. The contractor shall replace 21 MR-50 Door Interface Modules with 21 MR-52 Door Interface Modules. The contract shall tie existing sensor points in each storage unit (4ea) to the new MR 52 Module for that storage unit. The contractor shall reuse all motion, door position switches and duress sensors presently installed in building. The contractor shall reuse the existing V5 Controller, and add an additional controller within building 3150. The contractor shall provide a Vindicator Work Station terminal to allow monitoring of alarms of each storage unit. The contractor shall provide and install an enrollment reader for building 3150 to enroll user’s CAC cards. The contractor shall install roughly 400ft of galvanized rigid steel conduit on the outer face of the structure 8’ above ground and supply a junction box at each penetration into each storage unit. The contractor shall replace the existing 21 outdoor rated enclosures with units that accommodate the 21 MR52 Modules. The contractor shall install roughly 600ft of PVC conduit underground from the storage units to Building 3150 to house the necessary wiring. The contractor shall dispose of all removed wiring and equipment. Contractor will provide hands on training and instruction for Government Staff for operation of the system upon completion of upgrade.
