Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Glendale, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
