COPE OF WORK: Replace roof at the ADC South Annex, Work Release Building B. Removal and replacement of approximately 22,000 S.F. of roofing membrane, including roof gutter/downspouts and flashing, insulation and wall control joint material. Refer to Attachments A, B & C, and General Conditions/ Scope of Work for additional information. PROJECT DURATION: This project expected to be completed within 270 calendar days (9 months) from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
