Window Cleaning Services

This solicitation is to establish a contract for services to provide commercial window washing of single or multi-storied buildings, including interior and exterior window and glass door washing services and aluminum screens and interior security screens, for the following locations in the Austin District: Greer Building, Flight Services, and the Stassney Campus. The initial term of one year commences upon the issuance of a contract by TxDOT and expires on December 31, 2023 with the option to renew for three one-year periods at TxDOT's sole discretion. TxDOT will provide an intent to renew notice, in writing, 30 calendar days prior to expiration of the current term.
