Street Lighting Maintenance

For Street Lighting Maintenance This request for proposal (RFP) is intended to solicit proposals from Energy Companies to achieve the City's objective of maintenance and repairs of the Street Lighting Infrastructure. The City is seeking proposals from interested parties to provide comprehensive, Street Lighting services that will accomplish these objectives. In responding to this RFP, Energy Companies must follow the prescribed format of qualification as outlined within. Each Electrical Company will be providing the City with comparable data to that submitted by other Energy Companies and thus be assured of fair and objective treatment in the City's review and evaluation process. Under this solicitation, one or more companies will be selected to perform all of the work for the "City of Syracuse". The City will consider service proposals based on a guaranteed performance of the proposal. For this reason, the City asks the following information from the Contractors. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 18% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 12% Contract term: Two (2) years with One (1) - One (1) yr extensions Business entities awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: 09-031 Street Lighting Improvements - Patricia Electric, Inc. 21-121 Street Lighting Maintenance - O'Connell Electric Company, Inc.
