Delta Middle School Gym RTU Replacement 9800 N. CR 200 E. Muncie, IN 47303. The work consists of mechanical and electrical, and structural reinforcing work as indicated on the Bidding Documents for Delta Middle School RTU (Roof Top Unit) Replacement. Work includes demolition of existing rooftop HVAC units and provide new rooftop HVAC units in same locations as existing, including associated mechanical and electrical connections with structural steel truss reinforcing where required. Notice to proceed: On or around October 17, 2023 On site construction begins: January 16, 2024 Substantial completion: August 1, 2024 Final Completion: September 1, 2024 The work will be for a stipulated sum. Construction shall be in full accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by Odle McGuire Shook, Indianapolis, Indiana and its consultants dated September 15, 2023.
