Mayhew and Leath Avenue Sewer Replacement

Work of the Project includes construction of a new gravity combined sewer and abandonment of the existing gravity sewer. The Work shall be performed for the CITY in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition, removal, replacement, installation of new equipment and/or modifications to existing equipment to the following areas and processes: installing approximately 39 LF of 12” storm sewer, 127 LF of 24” gravity sewer and approximately 220 LF of Jack and Bore 24” gravity sewer with steel casing from the auto body shop (4208 Delhi Road) to the north side of Mayhew Avenue. Three sanitary sewer laterals will need to be connected to the new combined sewer alignment. A catch basin at Mayhew and Leath Avenues will need to be replaced and a new connection made to the new combined sewer alignment. A new inlet will be added near 4208 Delhi Road.
