| Description | The purpose of this Ordinance is to repeal and replace the Township's Solid Waste Management Ordinance with updated definitions, revisions to mandatory source separation of recyclable materials, disposition of recyclable materials, time and place for garbage collection, containers, and new collection requirements for commercial and private institutional sources to contract with a private hauler for the collection of solid waste and recyclable materials, residential and municipal sources shall have solid waste and recyclable materials collected by a hauler contracted by the Township and requirements for solid waste and recycling collection from multifamily sources. |
