Roofing Contractors 5 Boroughs and Long Island

The Division of Military and Naval Affairs consist of armories located throughout the boroughs and Long Island (Bronx, Fifth Ave, Whitestone, Jamaica, Marcy Ave, Lexington Ave, Staten Island, Farmingdale, and Ronkonkoma). These armories are in need of roof maintenance and minor repair. This geographical challenge combined with the amount of work will require multiple contractors. DMNA is seeking contractors that would like to work with New York State. The purpose of this ad is to find contractors willing to be considered for our vendor list of continuous maintenance, minor repair, and emergency work at any one of our nine (9) armories listed. As a NYS agency all labor is subject to prevailing wage rates. Emergency work will require same day service and it is expected that your staff will have the ability and equipment/tools to provide proper identification to access the facility. Projects will be on a case-by-case basis per the specific services needed. The agency will make awards as needed within the agency's discretionary threshold for repairs under $50,000. All MWBE and SDVOB vendors are encouraged to reply.
