Durango Sand Shed

Qualified contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new 2,500 square foot Sand Shed at CDOT’s existing maintenance yard at 26524 US-160 in Durango. The new Sand Shed shall be a 2,500 square foot pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with a metal roof. This Sand Shed is an unheated single bay structure measuring 50’-0” x 50’-0” used to store sand. The walls are 10 foot high concrete walls with metal building above and a metal gable style roof. The floor shall be concrete slab-on-grade with approximately a 10-foot concrete apron added to the existing concrete apron at the front of the building.
