RFQ Engineering - Architectural and Engineering (A/E) Services for 1611 Fourth Avenue and 400 East Grace Street

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit sealed Proposals to establish term contracts with multiple contractors through competitive negotiation to obtain professional Architectural and/or Engineering (AE) Services from qualified sources for Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA). Period of Contract: The term or period of the contract shall be two (2) years with three (3) one-year renewal options. The undersigned further certifies that he/she is authorized to sign this document on behalf of the submitting firm.
