| Description | Project consists of asbestos abatement of floor tile and mastic utilizing infra-red heat method and lab tops in tact. Base Bid Work – Summer 2022 The abatement contractor is responsible for providing labor, materials and disposal for the removal of asbestos containing 12”x12” floor tile and mastic (approx. 6300 sq ft) from classrooms and hallways via infra-red heat methods. In addition, asbestos containing lab tops are to be removed via in tact removal (IDPH variance). Work is to be performed following all IDPH, AHERA, EPA and OSHA rules and regulations. |
