Description | Separate Bids will be received for each of the following: General Trades Contract BP-01 Mechanical Contract BP-02 Plumbing Contract BP-03 Electrical Contract BP-04 The work will take place at Niagara Wheatfield CSD: Senior High School: 2292 Saunders Settlement Road, Sanborn, New York 14132 The Owner requires that all bids shall comply with the bidding requirements specified in the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. The Owner may, at its discretion, waive informalities in bids, but is not obligated to do so, nor does it represent that it will do so. Bidders are required to furnish a Proposal Guaranty of 10 percent of the amount of the Proposal, either by bank cashier's check, payable to the owner, or Bid Bond, conforming to law, and satisfactory to Owner. Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required. The Owner also reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Under no circumstances will the Owner waive any informality that, by such waiver, would give one Bidder a substantial advantage or benefit not enjoyed by all Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid before forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the opening thereof, unless a mistake to error is claimed by the Bidder in accordance with INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS. The NWCSD Capital Improvement Project Phase 1A consists of installing a 6,000sq.ft. Storage Building The Work of this Agreement shall include, but not be limited to, all labor, materials, tools, equipment, plant, supplies, shop drawings, layout, transportation, supervision, contributions, insurance compliance with all agencies (Town, County, State and Federal as may be required), and shall cover all other items necessary for the performance of the Electrical Work as shown, detailed and/or implied by the following documents and as defined herein. This requisition is intended to supplement the Contract Specifications and drawings and must be used in coordination with these documents to fully understand the Scope of Work. Requirements given in one area thus are applicable to all. This requisition does not generally repeat scope requirements given in the Contract Documents, but clarifies and coordinates the work. Work in the Documents repeated here is for specific coordination purposes *Addendum 1 and 2 have been released. |
