City of Glendale Infill Street Lighting Services

** Per Addendum 1, this projects bid date has been pushed back from 06/1/2022 to 06/3/22 ** The City of Glendale, Arizona, is soliciting Request for Proposals from qualified vendors to install infill street lights in SRP and APS service areas around the City. The City of Glendale's street lighting program is comprised of approximately 21,300 streetlights. There is a need within the City to install streetlights where City residents have requested lighting. The City will be installing approximately 85 lights under this RFP including pole and mast arm. SRP and APS are the two utility services that will be providing designs to supply power to the installed lights. Their respective breakdown of the 85 identified lights is as follows: A. APS Horizontal Mount; Road Classification - Local: 43 Infill Lights B. APS Post Top Mount; Road Classification - Local: 1 Infill Lights C. APS Horizontal Mount; Road Classification - Arterial: 7 Infill Lights D. SRP Horizontal Mount; Road Classification - Local: 32 Infill Lights E. SRP Horizontal Mount; Road Classification - Collector: 2 Infill Lights The Contractor will be provided construction documents and utility design plans to utilize for pole placement and installation. The overall contract administrator shall be David Beard, City Engineer, Dbeard@glendaleaz.com or his designee.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting, Exterior Lighting, Lighting Poles and Standards.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
