CP2 GSH: Elect/Telecom Ductbank Extension

The work includes the furnishing of all necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and miscellaneous items required for the Demolition and Construction in accordance with the Contract, Drawings and Specifications, including Addenda, as prepared by Stanley Consultants, Inc., dated December, 2020 and consists of the following: a. Civil and Structural work required for electrical and communications ductbank extensions, including but not limited to: i. Site preparation, erosion control, and tree protection ii. Site clearing, including tree removal iii. Demolition and reinstallation of concrete and asphalt pavements, sidewalks, and curb and gutter. iv. Removal of existing, abandoned utilities as necessary for ductbank installation v. Construction of new electrical and communication ductbanks. vi. Construction of new electrical and communication manholes. vii. Replace existing 6” concrete waste water line with new 6” SDR-26 PVC line and two (2) new waste water manholes. viii. Temporary traffic control. ix. Temporary trench plating to support periodic deliveries to Computer Resource Building (CRB)1.
