Description

The Lake Ozark Fire Protection District has a bay door that has failed causing further damage to the panels and glass. It is the intention of the district to return the doors to a ready state while maintaining the cosmetic appearance of a professional organization. Anticipated Scope of Work: The nature of this project lends to variables beyond our control. It is the understanding that the issue may be greater than we can anticipate. Completed proposals shall include the following timeframe: dates available to begin work, including approximate number of days it will take to complete the job, as well as an estimated date of completion. The services to be provided include: 1. The affected panels shall be replaced with matching materials that function and appear as the previous door. 2. Any additional parts that are found in need of repair or replacement shall be identified, and working with a liaison from Lake Ozark Fire, shall work to restore the function of the bay door to its previous state of operation. If you have any questions, please contact David Matusik at 573-365-3380 or by email at dmatusik@lofpd.com.
