Description 1. Courthouse Complex where sheetrock has been drilled or removed. The Contractor shall install 6 Mil plastic vapor barrier, new Foamular 150 R-10 Rigid Foam Board Insulation Sheathing and new drywall to match existing thickness as indicated. 2. Contractor shall paint entire wall to match existing where new sheetrock is installed. 3. Repair areas only require minimal patching with new 4 inch cove base to match existing color to cover 1 inch holes. Contractor shall use touch up paint if area above cove base is 2 inches or less of damage, otherwise the entire wall shall be painted. Contractor shall repair any bubbles in wallpaper within affected areas.
