Repair/Refinish Gymnasium Floor

To repair, sand and refinish with two (2) coats of water-based sealer and two (2) coats of water-based finish to the entire gymnasium hardwood flooring, as follows:1. Repair and resurface 9626 sq. ft. gymnasium hardwood floor surface 2. Sand and refinish 9450 sq. ft. gymnasium hardwood main playing area 3. Sand and refinish 176 sq. ft. hardwood corridor entrance area 4. Remove and replace approximately 1900 sq. ft. of damaged northern hard maple flooring 5. Restripe and repaint 94’ x 50’ basketball boundary lines 6. Restripe and repaint 30’ x 60’ volleyball boundary lines 7. Restripe and repaint four (4) 1” x 18” side basket free throw lines 8. Draw and paint center court computer design logo (Institution will provide logo) The grade of flooring was MFMA Second and Better; Subfloor is ½” CDX plywood over 2” x 3” sleepers with standard pad. Contractor will be responsible for removal of existing damaged floor.
