TSET Sidewalk, Strong Blvd., Phase III

Strong Blvd Sidewalk Phase III: Construction of approximately 2,000 linear feet of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk along Strong Blvd from Polk Ave to Monroe Ave. The Contractor shall receive and accept the compensation as herein provided in full payment for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals; for performing all work contemplated and embraced under the contract; for all loss or damage arising out of the nature of the work or from the action of the elements; for any unforeseen defects or obstructions which may arise or be encountered during the prosecution of the work, and before its final acceptance by the Engineer; for all risks of every description connected with the prosecution of the work; for all expenses incurred by or in consequence of suspension or discontinuance of such prosecution of the work as herein specified; for any infringement of patents, trademarks, or copyrights and for completing the work in an acceptable manner according to the specifications.
