Description

The intent of this Invitation for Bids is to establish a requirement or “will call” contract with a roster of unit prices for items relative to the construction of various projects throughout Harford County. The scope of a particular project will determine the selection of those items required to complete the work. The projects will generally be for the maintenance, repair, modifications or landscaping of stormwater management and storm drain facilities along with the stabilization and restoration of ditches and stream banks. Based on past contracts, individual projects generally range from $25,000.00 to $250,000.00.
