| Description | Contractor shall remove and dispose of the existing air handle and condenser. The contractor shall install a new 7.5 ton condenser, and matching air handler with 20 KW heat strips. The contractor shall match the voltage and phase of existing equipment. The contractor shall provide and install new conduit, and power wiring from disconnects to the condenser and air handler. The contractor shall install new copper line set from the air handler to the condenser. The contractors shall reconnect all of the energy controls and test for proper function with new unit. |
