| Description | The bids are for a single General Contract for the replacement of one roof section on Francis Marion Intermediate School located at 2301 3rd Avenue, Marion, Iowa 52302. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis; segregated sub-bids will not be accepted. Work is anticipated to commence on or before the 3rd day of July, 2023 and the project shall be substantially complete (i.e., all demolition and new roof membrane system installation 100-percent complete; sheet metal can be incomplete), on or before the 18th day of August, 2023.
