Construction Management at Risk Services for Cherokee School and Clarcona Elementary School Multi-System Renewal Project

Goal - The OCPS LDB participation goal for this project is 10%. The OCPS VBE goal is 3%. Major elements of the project include: 1. Select system renewal/replacement at Cherokee School and Clarcona Elementary School campuses. a. Cherokee School - 550 S Eola Dr, Orlando, FL 32801 b. Clarcona Elementary School - 3607 Damon Rd, Apopka, FL 32703 2. The renovation of Cherokee School includes but not limited to, site storm water improvements, select structural repairs, reroofing, replacement of intercom, and addition of an elevator for ADA access to the 2nd floor. 3. The renovation of Clarcona Elementary School includes but not limited to, site storm water improvements, select roofing replacement/renewal, windows and exterior painting, various interior finishes, mechanical equipment replacement, electrical power to support mechanical equipment and low voltage installations.
