| Description | The existing SPF roof will be scarified to achieve an acceptable surface to install the new roof system. Spray apply acrylic primer over the scarified area to assure adhesion to the existing roof. Spray 2.7- pound (minimum) density polyurethane foam (R=6.2 minimum) per inch of foam applied over the entire roof area. Apply acrylic type coating or equal over the new SPF roof. Provide A Ten (10) Year Material Warranty. The area of the existing roof is approximately 6,800 square feet. |
