Construct new parking lot, approximately 25,000 square feet (sf), improvements on 1st Street SE from the intersection of Elmira AVE SE to Filmore AVE SE. Work includes the following main items: aggregate base, asphalt concrete pavement, sawcut existing sidewalk and curb, sidewalk, driveway, retaining wall, type 'C' curb, EV power box foundation, and trench drain installation. Other work includes grading, demolition work, installation of pavement markings, striping, signage, and traffic control.
