Description

Administration Building: Remove two (2) existing fan coil units and one (1) existing boiler. Cap and seal utilities. Install two (2) new upright gas-fired furnaces, vent piping, and condensate piping, and modify ductwork to support. Remove existing refrigerant piping from the fan coil units to the existing outdoor air conditioning units. Install new refrigerant piping from the furnaces to the existing air conditioning units, as indicated on contract drawings.
