Description

Project consists of a new wood-framed, slab-on-grade elder housing apartment complex with associated site work. Work includes two (2) three-unit apartment building totaling approximately 6,000 square feet and two (2) four unit apartment buildings totaling 7800 square feet. *DO NOT CONTACT THE OWNER FOR ANY REASON. PLEASE NOTE: - There will NOT be a pre-bid meeting or walk-thru. - Project will not follow LEED specifications. The design and construction of the project shall conform to, or exceed, all Tribal building standards included LTBB Building Codes.
