| Description | Project consists of reroofing the Primary Elementary and Transportation building. The roof replacement has a base bid to remove existing gravel surface and built-up roof system including existing gravel stops, flashings and counter flashings including covers at walls down to roof insulation. Insulation is to be checked for damage and replaced if required. Installation of coverboard over existing insulation and the installation of TPO roof and all necessary accessories to complete work. An Alternate is also requested for replacement with a ballasted built-up roof similar to existing.. Section 00 7200 - General Conditions: Performance bond and labor and material payment bonds, warranty, and correction of work.
