Description | As of October 03rd, 2022, project was awarded to Emery and Sons Construction Group Inc. Construction is expected to start this moth and completed by Fall 2023. Project No:21.19.01 The Work covered under this Contract will be performed under the Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) 3 Facility project. The project location is indicated on the Drawings. First-tier Subcontractor Disclosure Forms for this project are due no later than 4:00 P.M. on August 4, 2022 to Michael Phillips, Purchasing Manager, at the 2nd Floor Finance Utility Billing Counter by fax, (503) 526-2490, or by email, bidmail@BeavertonOregon.gov. Questions that cannot be addressed by direct reference to the Bid Documents may be answered through an addendum issued to all plan holders. The deadline for questions is July 25, 2022. A bidders failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting shall cause the bidders bid to be deemed nonresponsive. The contract expected to be awarded in connection with this solicitation is subject to the state prevailing wage rates under ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 and/or the federal prevailing wage rates under the Davis-Bacon Act (40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.). No Bid will be received or considered by the City unless the Bid contains a statement by the Bidder that Bidder agrees to be bound by and will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.838, ORS 279C.840 or 40 U.S.C. 3141 to 3148. Specifically, the following items in the bid form must comply with the WIFIA Contract Requirements in Exhibit 2, which include the federal prevailing wage rates: Common Work(CIP #4021G), Schedule A (CIP #4021G), and Schedule A.1 (CIP #4197). All other items in the bid form are subject to the state prevailing wage rates.
