Modular Building Relocation

To breakdown, transport and setup a modular building from a Fire Training Center located at 205 Valentine Way, Longwood FL, 32750 and relocate it to 577-599 Yankee Lake Rd, Sanford, FL, 32771. Breakdown will include cleaning lot of any debris, anchors, blocks, etc., at the old site. • Permit running and processing • Foundation dirt pad leveled and compacted • Block and tie according to provided plans • Replace siding and roof cap • Replace interior trim along marriage line • Demolish and remove all items specified on plans • Install 2 new wider doors • Repair damaged exterior wall near A/C unit • Sewer and water ran within 10’ of the edge of the building • Vinyl skirting once inspections are completed • New A/C unit install – 3 ton unit
