Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Under the terms of this contract, the contractor shall accomplish the tasks associated with the renovation of the Reserve Operational Training Facility, Building 2600, at the 166th Airlift Wing. The contractor shall create open office architecture hrough removal of interior walls, renovate throughout to include new HVAC distribution, installation of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire suppression and an ABA compliant elevator IAW the detailed specifications. The scope also includes replacing the primary roof, providing new floor finishes, replacing ceilings damaged by roof leaks, installation of fire sprinkler piping, replacing doors and windows to meet AT/FP requirements, providing temporary facilities and tiein existing utilities for displaced personnel, creation of as-built drawings and any other associated work required to deliver the scope of work.
