Lift Station A And Force Main Project

The Lift Station A and Force Main Project (Project) is in Adams County, within the City limits of Northglenn. The project is comprised of two project Phases as described below: Lift Station Phase: The proposed 10.5 MGD Lift Station consists of the following components: Four submersible pumps located in a dual chamber cast-in-place concrete wet well. Electrical and Controls Enclosure housing switch gear, VFDs, and local controls. An emergency / backup generator capable of providing full electrical loads. Valve and metering vaults. 8- to 20-inch PVC or DIP process and buried site piping and fittings. Surge / Transient mitigation equipment. The preliminary cost range for the Lift Station Phase is $8,000,000 - $10,000,000. 1.7.1.2 Force Main Phase: The proposed Force Main consists of the following components: Approximately 14,000 lineal feet of 16- to 20-inch PVC or DIP buried pipe. The potholing of numerous existing utilities The installation of buried pipe in congested road right-of-way. The trenchless crossing of 120th Avenue. Traffic control. Pavement restoration. The preliminary cost range for the Lift Station Phase is $12,000,000 - $15,000,000.
