The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, replace the Dukane analog system with digital system to include any supporting equipment in order for system to be dependable, replace all power inverters throughout the institution to maintain lighting and security systems to prevent assaultive behavior and risk to both staff and inmates during power failures.
