Description

The Work includes replacement of the HVAC system at the Visitor Center, including rooftop equipment, air handling equipment, and terminal units. Ductwork adjustments are included, along with associated electrical work. General construction includes modifications to doors and partitions, windows and louvers, and painting. The existing condition of all areas affected by the project activities will be documented in advance of the start of construction. All park property will be restored to pre-construction conditions unless otherwise agreed upon between the NPS and Construction Contractor in writing.
